These high stability precision controllers offer a 55 Amp current source and a powerful 180 Watt temperature controller for high power laser diodes in an affordable platform. These units also provide Digital and Analog modulation capabilities as well as built-in protection features such as soft start current ramp and current / temperature limits to ensure that your LD module is protected at all times. These units are ideal for laboratory R&D applications. They offer the flexibility of two modes of operation, CW and built-in QCW slow pulsing modes. They have a simple to user front panel interface and also some with remote interface through USB or RS232.
