nLight Corporation fiber laser with high output power and designed for application in hardening / cladding, Additive manufacturing, cutting and welding. Fiber laser output can be adjusted from 5% to 100% of rated operating power. Output fiber can be changed to meet customer applications; output fiber diameter can be either 50μm, 100μm or 200μm with beam quality ranging M2 ranging from 2 to 8. Power stability is 1% over 8 hours of operation. Quasi-CW output is possible with modulation frequency up to 50kHz and rise and fall times of less then 10μs. Fiber laser output power is 4000 watts with a wavelength of 1080nm.
