1064nm DFB laser diodes from QDLaser are offered in industry standard butterfly packages. The QLD106L-6430 is a distributed feedback (DFB) laser for use as a seeder for fiber lasers and sensing applications. The laser is offered with a monitor PD and an integrated thermoelectric cooler. Key features of these 1064nm diode lasers include single longitudinal mode operation, fiber-pigtailed 14-pin butterfly package without an optical isolator and with polarization maintaining fiber integration. These devices are specified for CW and Pulsed modes of operation.
