【Description】

The DFB-1310-BF-xx-2.5-xx series of MultiQuantum Well (MQW) Distributed Feedback (DFB) lasers have been designed specifically to satisfy the requirements of SONET transmission. The devices feature high output power and wide operating temperature range. Their 14-pin butterfly packages are pincompatible with standard SONET OC-48 devices.
