Ekspla fiber laser with picosecond pulse output and spectral bandwidth close to transform limit. Ideal for seeding laser applications such as Nd:YAG and Yb:YAG and metrology. Pulse duration of 8ps at a frequency of 30MHz with average output power of 40mW. FC/APC fiber output or free space collimated beam output. Beam quality of M2 less then 1.1. Cost effective laser solution for users requiring a seed laser for construction of their solid state laser system. Optional designs of this picosecond fiber laser include an amplifier with pulse repetition rate and chirp pulsed oscillator. Pulse train monitoring can be done by an integrated photodiode output. The output beam polarization is linear with a grater then 100 : 1 extinction. To ensure the seed pulses overlapped with the ampliifcation spectrum the laser has the ability to tune the wavelength. Designed for OEM integration or laboratory use this fiber laser has 1.3 nJ output at a wavelength of 1030 nm.
