1550nm DFB laser diode from LasersCom designed for application in optical fiber communication systems with data rate up to 1.25 Gbps. Laser diode is available in fiber coupled TO-can and DIL package. Inquire about complete laser control system. Spectral width is less the 0.5 MHz. Continuous wave operation up to 20mW with pulsed operation up to 80mW. Integrated back facet monitor for constant optical power operation and DIL package includes TEC for stable wavelength operation over the temperature range. DFB laser diode output wavelength is 1550nm.
