4901nm-4739nm QCL (quantum cascade laser) devices from 4901nm-4739nm from Alpes Lasers. The attached data sheet is for a QCL with up to 180mW. Multiple package styles are available upon request. Packages include Chip-on-Substrate, HHL (high heat load) and TO-3 can devices. For the attached data sheet, at 20C the threshold current is 540mA. The voltage threshold is 11.5V using a 2-wires measurements. Maximum operation current for these QCL devices is 780mA for all temperatures. Figure 2 in the attached data sheet figures include voltage and average quantum cascade laser power versus current in continuous-wave mode of operation using an HR coated device. Figure 3 in the data sheet refernces the QCL spectra at 0C for various DC currents. Figure 1 shows the drawing and dimensions of the support mounting for #sbcw2970 device type.
