Product Overview:
These source and control systems are high power, fully integrated 200 Watt 976 nm pump sources. These instruments can be rack-mounted or used on a laboratory bench. They include a 976 nm multi-emitter laser source which utilizes Telcordia qualified high reliability chips.
In addition to the fiber coupled laser module, these instruments offer the user a simple to use high power control chassis. The control chassis includes the laser diode current source, thermal control and cooling plate assembly integrated into a 19 inch rack-mount or bench top enclosure.

The robust control unit chassis is capable of dissipating up to 500 Watts of heat by utilizing a water cooled base plate combined with high power TEC elements. Also, multiple laser diode protection features ensure that the module is protected at all times.
These systems offer the user high stability and superior beam quality. The products are achieved by transforming the asymmetric radiation from the laser diode chip into an output fiber with small core diameter by using special micro-optics. Each source and control system is burn-in tested, and the units are fully calibrated and ship with complete test data.
