Product Overview:
These 808 laser diodes are based on a structure which consists of multiple emitters spaced on a monolithic 1 cm "bar". The bar is mounted with the active zone (P side) toward a conductively cooled sub-mount with low thermal resistance. These lasers offer an output which is centered at 808nm and 60 delivers up to 60 watts of power. These devices from Quantel Lasers offer a high device efficiency of 52% electrical to optical power and come with an optional lens for fast axis collimation of the laser output.
