Product Overview:
These 660nm laser diode modules are fiber coupled and operate in CW mode with optical power up to 50 mW. These modules deliver a Gaussian beam with a field diameter of 4.2 μm (fiber type SM04). These red laser diodes are suitable for biomedical systems. They are offered in a dual in-line package (DIL) which is thermally stabilized by an internal peltier thermo-electric cooler. These are single mode Fabry-Perot lasers.
