Ophir Photonics pyroelectric energy meter for pulsed laser measurement. For high repetition rate lasers the optical sensor features a metallic coating and high damage threshold. Pyroelectric sensor can measure pulsed lsers up to 10kHz with pulse widths up to 20ms. Optical energy sensor features a large 46mm aperture. Accuracy of the sensor is +/-3% with a maximum average power of 25 watts when using optional heatsink. Fiber optic measurements are possible from ST, FC, SMA, and SC. Phroelectric energy sensor can measure energies from 200µJ-10J over a wavelength range of 190nm-2200nm.
