The TRMCS001 is a precision pulsed laser diode current source which has been optimized for fast pulsing applications up to 500 kHz. These units can be ordered with standard current ranges of 9 Amps or 20 Amps. Also, the driver current range can be limited on request. The pulse width and rep. rate are preset at the factory to the customer's requested parameters. Factory testing services with your laser diode are available on request. The pulse presets at the factory are offered at no additional charge.Integrated protection features such as a current limit help ensure that your laser is operated safely. These affordable OEM boards offer a small footprint and can be used for integration into industrial products or connected to a DC power supply for use in laboratory research applications.
The attached diagram details the clean current pulses and fast rise and fall times of the pulses. Care should be taken when connecting the TO-can packaged laser diode leads to the mounting pads on the pulsed driver.
