High stability precision laser diode driver / current source and temperature controller integrated into one affordable platform. Multiple laser diode protection features ensure that your laser diode module is protected at all times, while the high power temperature controller with full PID control loop provides fast and efficient heat removal from the laser diode under test.

These units offer precision current source control in both CW and pulsed modes. Pulse-widths as narrow as 20 microseconds are achievable, and available low impedance interface cables ensure clean pulses and eliminate overshoot / jitter.
