Spectra-Physics CW laser with high output power and modular design. Laser was designed for high uptim, low cost of ownership, modular design for easy field service, IR beam for easy integration into pre-exisiting system and user friendly. Applications for the CW laser include Resistor trimming, Ablating material on PCBs and PCB structuring, Cutting PCBs and films, Ceramic scribing, Diamond processing, IC package marking, Marking on various metals and plastics, Scribing of thin film solar cells, Wafer marking, and LIDAR. Laser can be operated in Quasi-CW mode with pulse repetition rate up to 10kHz and pulse duration less then 80ns. CW laser ouptut is up to 12 watts at a wavelength of 1064nm.
