Butterfly package with integrated peltier cooler, thermistor, and photodiode. Laser diode meets Telcordia standards. Optional bias-t for fast switching and SM or PM fiber. Laser diode output power up to 100mW with user selectable wavelength range of 1519nm-1570nm.
