2300nm from m2k Laser are GaSb based ridge-wave guide diode lasers. These 2300nm lasers characteristics in the data sheet include wavelength 2.3 microns, single mode operation, an mounting on c-mount heat sink. Lifetime is specified as greater than 3000 hours. All measurements have been done at 20 °C in cw operation. Cavity length is 1 mm with AR Reflectivity of 5 percent, Peak Wavelength 2300nm and operating forward current is 400 mA typical. Operating Forward Voltage is 1 volt typical.
