1420nm-1500nm These FITEL laser diodes are designed for Raman Amplification. Key features include an integrated FBG (fiber Bragg grating) for high stability performance. Other key features include a two lens system for coupling the light efficiently into the fiber, PM fiber pigtail on an industry standard 14 pin butterfly package. These modules included an integrated TEC cooler and thermistor as well as monitor photodiode.
These 1480nm laser diode modules are compliant with Telcordia GR-468 testing requirements and are manufactured in accordance with ISO-9001 standards.Output power up to 360mW is available, please refer to the data sheet above to locate the specific part number with your desired output power level.
